SGVCC is proud to support the Kings for Cure charity chess tournament on September 19-20 in the city of Monterey Park. It is being organized by SGVCC member Andersen Yang in conjunction with Garfield Medical Center and all proceeds will support men’s health. The SGVCC Board of Directors donated $500 to get things going and we hope our members will contribute to the cause. Every donation helps and no amount is too small. A special SGVCC Donation link as been set up so we can track the Club’s total contributions. Other clubs will also be participating and so we can make it a friendly competition to see who can raise the most funds. Thanks for your support!
